Preferred Retail Systems

When Importing items from QuickBooks remember the following:

1. Never import Items!
2. Only Import Customers if you have been tracking them in QuickBooks
3. Always import Suppliers

You cannot Post a Closed Purchase Order into QuickBooks unless the Supplier information is both QuickBooks and RMS. To ensure it gets propagated properly, it is best to use the import facility.
